King of the Hill and Futurama were back on the swim for quite some time and they're also getting rebooted.
Here's what's going to happen in the KOTH reboot:

The more I think about it, changing Token's name to Tolkien is cowardly more than clever. If it was done in literally ANY other year than current year, then it would be brilliant. It would have been especially genius if it happened during years the Lord of the Rings films came out. Now it just seems like they're covering their tracks.

He may have caught it at the same Bilderberg-Illuminati meeting as Prince Albert in a Can. I guess lizardmen aren't immune.

I almost vomited from that trailer for the live-action Chip 'n Dale sequel/reboot/remake/reimagining atrocity.

Funny Mandela Effect. But yeah, that Fellowship episode came out in 2002 while the Stick of Truth/Black Friday thing came out in the early 2010's. What a waste, especially since it would've been relevant to the theme.

And yeah, that Chip and Dale movie looks awful. They really ripped off Space Jam 2 and the live action Tom and Jerry. The Fortnite cel-shaded Ranger crew resemble Beastars and Dorohororo animation wise. Now the whole "2D vs 3D animation" aspect could be interesting, but it has Seth Rogan and Seth Rogan bad.

Gay Parker and Fat Stone are contrarian edgelords who claim to hate something but are very much that, liberals being a prime example. They’re just those two dudes in school who didn’t have any friends aside from one another due to their shitty personalities and would have probably shot the place up if they weren’t too busy sucking each other off.

Yeah, wtf was with that meta/parody-angle? That's what they chose for freakin' Chip and Dale? Such a random direction to take the franchise in.

And the animation is cgi puppets augmented to look cell-shaded, just draw the things by hand Disney, you have all the money in the word to do it, cheap bastards.
And Speilberg hindered the use of Roger Rabbit in a proper sequel, but let him be in this shit?

But 2D no longer sells.
If you ignore your competition from Japan, at least.

And one of the chipmunks will look 2D-ish, while the other one is 3D? Dafuq? Settle for a bloody style.

Friendly reminder that he directed the Ready Player One movie, which effectively paved the way for these "Throw every IP on the screen we can get our filthy hands on" movies that keep popping up.
