I don't know about that, Miles has put on some weight I'd bet but he's always been kind of skinny fat like Abe from Abe's Odyssey in real life but that level where to bounce back would probably only take a few weeks of cardio, he was promoted to Sergeant in 2016 and from the looks of it the physical requirements don't seem too taxing considering there was a geezer promoted at the same time.
