The German dub kinda borrowed the melody from a completely unrelated Italian dub. I guess they got confused because both animu were about Volleyball and the Italians changed that protagonist's name to also be "Mila".
The Golden Age of animu dubbing can be a bit weird sometimes. I hear countries that did get both animu changed things around a bit to make the protagonist's related, created something like the RoboTech of volleyball animu.
