Re: Weebshit Thread
Glorious Nihon has once again beaten the baka gaijin when it comes to inclusivity. The next Super Sentai season will feature a male pink, while Power Rangers is still chained to outdated concepts of sexual typecasting.
(Not counting the non-canon Power Rangers comics that no one cares about, which feature all the usual hallmarks of virtue-signaling, from Diverse Female Red Rangers to Male Pink Rangers Of Color, most of which are probably bi or something).

I have no idea how they're gonna work with 2 team mates being CGI.
I also have no fucking idea why one of them looks like a Sanic OC.

Why would a live action children's show have a cartoon character?

It's Sentai, guest. Their mascots are generally physical props (to make it easier to turn them into toys). Sometimes they are CGI (Go-Ongers had them as holograms), but even then they're usually attached to a physical prop (again because of toys).Guest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 03, 2022 2:19 pmYeah, why would a children's show have a cartoon character? What they certainly haven't done before is have mascots that are both CGI and core Sentai members.

So? They've had entirely CGI characters in movies for decades, why not on TV?

Re: Weebshit Thread
But some look asser than others.
I mean, they've started using CGI shit since the 90s, but you'd be surprised how little they've improved. I also have shit like Berserk 3D to back up my claim.
