When I first watched Spoony, he seemed like the most normal one of those TGWTG geeks. I didn't know anything about his forums or his Twitter. Like, you could tell something was off about guys like Linkara or Oancitizen right away.

He initially presented as a clean-cut normal guy with an unseen girlfriend. (I assumed she was normal looking.)
I remember following him on Twitter and soon regretting it.

How the guy simply gave up on a successful life for no real reason just fascinates me. The fact he's still publicly self-destructing makes me unable to look away.

I was the same as you. He looked like the most normal. But he just had us fooled then. Especially when his crap started to leak in his videos. I remember him apologizing in one video about Arizona passing a law to stop border jumpers by checking IDs of drivers to confirm if they are here legally. First time I had an issue with him. Then his god awful review of Ulitima 9 didn't help. Then I stopped watching in the middle of his FF13 review. It was fucking too long and he kept ranting about the same shit in each video. He should have shortened the review but he was too stubborn to think that.

Spoony basically thought he could do it on his own, and thought the TGWTG membership as an added bonus because he got to act in """movies""".
All the other yokels hoped they could leech off some of Doge's fame for themselves, and when that didn't happen they all became super butthurt towards him.

We see this with MarzCunt. When she put up that video to try to get an audition for Jem and the Holograms movie, she pushed that she was in all the CA movies to show her "experience" as if it was great. Now after not getting into Hollywood, she trashes it.

So it took her therapists until now to hypothesize that her fatness might be a problem? Was this like the first time she actually met them in the flesh? Or the first time she sent them a full-body picture?

Talked to a guy a month ago who is a doctor specializing in rehabilitative medicine. From what he told me, "patient ratings" are now all the rage and as a result doctors are strongly discouraged from using words like "overweight."

Instead they talk about BMI (body mass index). Not surprisingly "your BMI could be better" is less piercing than "holy shit lose some weight" and people like Rachel are able to completely ignore it.

This is in the US, I assume it's even more pozzed in Canada, and it probably took a year for the therapist to get the 7 layers of institutional permission to tell Rachel "your joints are disintegrating because you eat to much."

Rachel being taken away from unfit parents at a young age explains a lot. If they were drinking or on drugs during the pregnancy it likely caused developmental issues. Lack of affection and care would explain her bizarre way of relating to other people, like how she's so attached to Spoony and other Twitter randos. She really never had a chance.

Her relations with her family on Facebook were oddly disconnected. I'm not sure which family that was (adopted or birth), but ultimately she would post about some calamity nearly every day (roommate fights, landlord squabbles). Her relatives would offer some basic bitch advice and then totally withdraw. As in, "I care just enough to suggest to the obvious but not enough to give a shit about this."
