I think you're thinking of someone else. Not sure the Chinese have really used the revolution angle since the Cultural Revolution (where a bunch of autistic teenagers terrorized the country to rout out "counter-revolutionary" elements).
Besides, a "revolution" implies a change in the status quo, and the CCP doesn't want that.
