Judging from what I could gather from reading the tweet and gazing upon the "personality" section of that character's wikia entry for 5 seconds (the most I am ever willing to spend time on a shounenshit wikia), it appears to be in line with her Vegeta obsession.
For some reason our living saint identifies with animu characters that are egoistical assholes who like to solve their problems with violence. But it's okay because they're like technically good guys or something.

Vegeta is not really a good guy - he's basically chaotic neutral and if you think about it - really one dimensional character - the purpose of his entire existence is beating Goku and he's prepared to do whatever it takes to come close to that - for example he only fucked Bulma and became the father, because he wanted to copy what Goku was doing, because he believed that it might help him to understand where Gokus strength is coming from.

In a way, he's obsessed about Goku, just like warthog is obsessed with Spoony, so no wonder she identifies with him.
