The man has not paid a phone bill in years. Every single tweet is done by desktop. They may have taken away his computer access or they may have committed him. He probably needs a few months to get off any addiction he has (legally prescribed pills and booze most likely). Spoons is miserable, he's not faking it. It's just that his misery is his own doing but won't admit it.

Something's definitely going on, the guy was fucking addicted to twitter and now he's been absent from there for a month. I don't believe his family or Miles would restrict his use of the internet, he’s no fucking teenager, he’s a 40 year old man. For some unknown reason, he does not have access to the internet. Either he is being cared for in some state institute or he is dead.
