She claims to be "pre-diabetic", because of all the shit she claims to suffer from, she will not ever admit to having the beetus. Likely because that'd be her fault and perfect saintly Rachel is never at fault.

To be fair, assuming she's telling the truth, 'pre-diabetic' isn't diabetic. You don't show symptoms like constant thirst or constant urination, in fact you show no symptoms except elevated blood sugar for which you'd need to test for anyway. She will become diabetic if she doesn't lose weight but, assuming she's telling the truth, her dehydration probably isn't caused by that condition.

This is, of course, assuming that she is telling the truth.
