He briefly mentioned it as the reason a lot of people left the site in the Slightly Artistic video and that's about it. No clue if he believes the document or not. I say it's smart of him to not talk about the document because if he thinks it's bullshit, CTC will just harass him and his family like they did Brad or they will try to get him fired like that Mike Phalin guy who did an interview with Doge. It's the best idea to just not talk about his stance on the document because nothing will be gained by it.
