The drug companies, who are totally not political at all, delayed the announcement that the 'vaccines' were ready until after the election was called because that would have signalled to the people that the pandemic is over and would have helped Trump.
Trump, for his own part, maintained that he'd get vaccines out to people that want them, which is the opposite of Biden's 'we're going door-to-door to lean on anybody who hasn't taken one' so you can see why the drug companies wanted him gone.

There is a very slim chance that she will come into contact with covid and even if she did, and even though she's fat, covid is no more lethal to most than the common cold. Taking the untested experimental mRNA gene therapy, however, will greatly increase her risk of dying from either microclots or ADE (antibody-dependent enhancement) while providing minimal immunity to covid at best
