It sure wasn't made by him, and I doubt he had any "creative" input in it, I think it was just made by one of the people who he used to play games on the stream and it was loosely based off things that would happen. I remember there was a lot of them on the lordfat wiki before the retard nuked it by accident (yes, the imbecile somehow destroyed database to a site hundreds of his autistic fans spend countless hours putting all sorts of lore into).
