If it was the doxing thing surely he'd be banned outright though? Not just departnered. He might not seem that way from his CWC-tier meme status but Phil is a nobody in terms of stream numbers and Twitch is a massive organisation. It's perfectly plausible that the pajeets who mod for Twitch just missed it until now, especially considering most stuff tractors report him for is related to his conduct on stream.

Good catch. Whatever he's done is a violation of the partnership agreement but not a violation of Twitch ToS.

He used to be one of the most subbed streamers on Twitch. Top 3, I believe. That was before Twitch became a camwhore site for 12yr old boys to view.

Don't forget that he has been doing as much as he could to have people give him money directly, cutting out Twitch whenever possible.
Might not be the single reason but it's certainly compounding.

I was going to say. His stream viewership numbers make him a small fry. But his sub gifting and whale milking numbers were near the top of Twitch's leaderboards.

It was absurd. His whales would gift subs like crazy. Since Twitch gets a really nice cut from those subs, why would they care?
But his constant "tip me via GayPal instead" shit he pulled the last four years or so has to be a factor.

If my lore is correct he was only one of the most subbed to streamers for a very brief time, and even then it was only tier 3 subs. This was around the time of the begruptcy I believe. Granted he does have an absurd number of subs for his stream numbers, I don't really follow him much anymore but it used to be around 700 subs for a stream averaging 300 viewers. I assume that's still the case.

I'm amazed he's still allowed on twitch at all after he started sperging about bits though. They don't like people drawing attention to their funbux totally not a currency at all. Phil even ate a ban for doing this a few years ago.

You pay $20 in real money to get $10 worth of bits. Twitch gets 50% from the top, unless that has changed or you're purchasing in a bundle or something. I dunno, maybe it is 30%. This shit is too gay for me to remember.

I do know that twitch gets 50% of every tier 1 sub. You pay $5 for a sub, twitch gets 2.50
