He's obviously in poor health but I don't believe for a second he suffers from anything he claims to suffer from. No heart condition. No bipolar disorder (which is self-evident) and no bronchitis. He probably does have lung complaints, but that comes from breathing in all the stale air and dust in his basement

If he's bipolar then where are the manic episodes? It's all depressive with Spoony. Bipolars tend to have manic episodes where they want to do everything. They'll also fuck everything. Yeah, they can have depressive episodes and that fits in pretty much with what we've seen of Spoony. But if he were a true bipolar he'd have three to six month stretches where he makes videos and does all kinds of stuff, and fucks rApril to exhaustion, followed by three to six month stretches where he does nothing, everything's awful and he just wants to die, and he doesn't even touch rApril

Instead it's purely the latter and you can understand why rApril left.

I think he just says he's bipolar because that's the cool mental disorder that all the kids were having back when he was a kid, sort of like how they all claimed to have ADHD or autism, or sort of like how they all claim to have gender dysphoria now.

But I agree with you that he likely doesn't have bipolar. I think, and I've said that before, that he has psychosis. That's the one thing that fits perfectly.
