Anybody can be an entrepreneur, that's not the same thing as being businessman. Your local plumber is an entrepreneur. Maybe in other countries it's viewed bit differently, but in my country, it's nothing special - it's just the clasification that you have VAT as a private entity, really. People who make money have actual companies, you will not see an entrepreneur on his own making a lot of cash (they can to an extent, at some point, you will have to set up a company, because you will have people working for you).
