When was the last time you tried playing an RPG, in 95? So far, there hasn't been a game that would allow you to insert custom name and work with it by having characters adressing you directly. It won't be for that long though, as the deepfake tools are rapidly advancing, it's nowdays possible to basically have a fully made up dialogue that doesn't sound all that convincing yet (it's pretty damn close, forget about Microsoft Sam, these things can adjust to how a certain person speaks, it's pretty impressive, even though it's still uncanny valley at best), but I can easily imagine using that for a single word.
