I enjoyed stuff like Bayou Billy and Phantasmagoria 2, basically anything where he just did MST3K-style riffing. I quickly lost interest when he started in with the Dr. Insano shit and skits and crossovers involving the mutants from Planet Awesome. I seem to recall him hooking up with Scarlett the Hutt at some point in-between.so I just chalked up the drop in "quality" to the tism from that bunch rubbing off on him.

I think the storylines and skits were him ripping off Channel Awesome's style. He was all chummy with linkara for quite a while and that fat fuck is the ground zero of shitty storylines taking over your videos.

When I first saw his shit I thought it was just an intentional ripoff or fan fiction of Mystery Science Theater 3000. Everything was the same, from the robot made out of "special parts" to even the title (MST3K called episodes "experiments," as in "Experiment #203"). The whole persona was a rip off, not to mention the huge number of jokes he stole directly. The thing is there wasn't really a shortage of people doing this from 2005 to 2010 when it was still pretty hard to upload 120 minute videos anywhere on the internet.

I saw a movie some years ago made when Roman Polanski got bored with raping children where a famous novelist who has "retreated into silence" and become a recluse is forced to admit he'd ripped off his most famous book word-for-word from a crazy homeless man. I would suggest his "creative silence" is based on the same thing. We've seen how he can't improvise on livestreams (which is bizarre for a supposed smart ass and class clown who wanted to be a stand-up comedian). These Twitter sketches don't even evoke a smile. And everything super original that he's done ran out of steam very quickly and wasn't that good to start with. He just ran out of better comedy writers to rip off, which coincided with his source material being uploaded on the internet for the first time.
