IIRC, Spoony's home is part of an HOA, and he was late paying his dues(obviously). Some HOA's have agreements to shovel the sidewalk, but nothing further. Elderly at least attempt to be friendly to younger neighbors in exchange for free shovelings too. Think it's safe to say nothing will happen.
