See, out of the 40 years he's been alive, he has spent 1 year 5 months alone. This is the first time ever. Before he could guilt others into do things for him but now he's alone and can't. Finally his mommy sent him a care package. But it seems that without anyone around him he would in fact just starve due to the smallest of inconveniences that he would never deal with. It's remarkable how he has absolutely no bottom that will force him to make any action.
