I think the reason we bear bears lasted as long as it has did is because the show is huge in south korea(huge enough that it gets referenced in kdramas all the time) similar to how johnny bravo was in india and powerpuff girls in japan(and both had content that only aired in those countries, johnny bravo in bollywood movie and powerpuff girls z respectfully)
