No exercise, bad food, lotta weight. Develops diabetes and blood pressure problems due to that and cholesterol. A heart attack or destroyed kidneys will get you pretty quick. Stress makes it worse, whether or not that stress is sane or not.

Gabriel Iglesias said in a show once that he was hit with the same thing, albeit saying that he was diagnosed with two years to live and made changes to extend that out some.

It's not even scientifically possible to be as fat as she is unless you eat a surplus of calories per week. So she's either eating almost nothing some days and then 10,000 calories on other days (doubtful,) or she's a lying hog who eats 3,000 calories most days.

Plus, when I think of "crackers," I imagine saltines or soda crackers. But who knows what she means? If she's scarfing down an entire box of Ritz, then it's not a mystery why she's large.

They also love using passive language to brush of any responsibility. She isn't forced to sustain herself on crackers because she gobbles food down faster than her welfare checks keep up. Her food pantry just happened to be empty one day, through no fault of her own.
