I liked Rises the most from first viewing.

Batman Begins is an ok origin story and the Dark Knight is a good modern take on some of the Burton era stuff. But Rises is interesting, because it's the only Nolan film to really make Gotham stand out. The concept of its total isolation and criminal government is memorable and interesting. Bane doesn't really go for any of the philosophical rambling that Joker or Ra's Al Ghul did. He's just an entertaining, quirky bad guy.

But he has some asinine speeches on what I assume to be chaos theory or something.

I like Bane when he’s portrayed as intelligent and strategic and not just a big lummox, that’s something a lot of people forget about his character. Nolan got that right, even if the goofy speeches and hilarious voice were...okay I can’t lie they were my favorite part of the movie.

A character can either be Big Strong Guy or Smart Guy. Not both, NEVER both. Ergo Batman: Fagever's interpretation of Bane is best.

I know he’s considered a Dick Grayson villain, but I always thought Deathstroke worked better as a Batman villain. Same deal as Bane, but cooler.
