Not quite. He was pals with the other brit of the gang, Masakox. The one he holds contempt for is and has always been Kaiserfag. I think he really was bummed out when the others warmed up to Kaiser and went along with his shitty whims. He also was good pals with hbi2k(Berserk Abridged) IIRC.

Back when it was just the Naruto abridged guys, Lani and hbi2k, I don't think he had much of a problem, he even cameo'd in their series at one point. I think the reason he started his Naruto spoof shit wasn't out of spite but due to the NaruAbridged guys bowing out.

I remember he was pretty much forced out of TFS post Cell Saga, which makes me think he knew about their scam of baiting people with Buu Saga and not delivering but didn’t approve. Ben seemed cool, but I believe he suffered from TDS, I don’t know if he weighed in on #killvic but that’s another point off if so.

I’ve said it before, but I think Remix is the most talented. He’s got an amazing vocal range and really funny writing, shame he doesn’t really do anything anymore.

Not just Remix, some other dudes like GeneralIvan are talented and have done shit outside of TFS. To his credit, he may be one note but Antfish has done legt VA work. I think he even had a voice role in Totally Spies.

Heck, I doubt most people realize GeneralIvan has an insane voice range because apart from his Gero and Cooler who sound the same, he has done at least three different voices on funi's dub of Toriko, none of which sound alike.

Ivan and Antfish are fantastic, I really like the former ‘s Cooler and while I didn’t like the series overall I thought Anthony was a good Barrett Wallace. Like I could have seen him in the remake doing that voice. And no shit Totally Spies? Damn he’s been around for a while in that case. Funny you mention that show, a friend of mine was talking about rewatching that and Martin Mystery during lockdown, and I had to show him the comic that the latter was based on. His mind was blown.

MegasXRL? I think I hear Moe running to his computer to join in on the talk. Did you by chance like Symbionic Titan? That and Megas are a good pairing for me, that mix of dealing with normal life and mecha mayhem.

What’s so strange about the cartoon is that they made Diana his stepsister when they’re lovers in the comic. She even seems to get a little jealous sometimes like her comic counterpart. I think the creators wanted to inspire as many doujin as they could.

I was looking for an older comfort show to watch and I started Dan Vs. again, not sure if you ever saw that but it’s one of the last great cartoons to me. It was on a kids network but definitely aimed more for adults, the mix of clever dialogue and absurd scenarios made for a surprisingly good show.

So a couple things: 1) Hell yes.

2) never even knew Martin Mystery started as a comic series. Can't say I love the show since it wasn't one that I consistently watched but I do remember it on Nickelodeon.

And 3) R.I.P the Hub. It went through so many drastic changes in a small amount of time and just like 99.9% of channels now they only have a couple of shows they air and suck them dry. It's Discovery Kids once again but it's mostly leftover "modern" cartoon stuff from the Hub (FiM, LPS or whatever's on) and baking shows.
