And now he wants to make like 4 more of those fucking movies, as well as reboot Terminator. He's fucking done as a filmmaker in my opinion, he's had his day.

Anyway, can Wonder Woman just be a superhero who just happens to be a woman? Of course not, it has to be about muh feminism, muh progressive agenda. Didn't see it, but I heard it was just another capeshit movie to be ignored.

The 3D fad. Avatar's success mostly lies within how many extra shekels it made off of 3D movie ticket sales. It's the reason this resurfaced shit is infecting nearly every film today in desperation of "saving" the domestic box office market from collapsing amidst the barrage of garbage being released.

Thankfully there is hope that people gotten enough of 3D now and the first sequel will already be noticably less profitable.

His gamble with making Titanic for about $200 million paid off so now every big movie has to cost at least $200 million. Same with the 3D, his gamble with making Avatar 3D paid off so, for a while at least, it seemed like every movie had to have shitty post-converted 3D
