I get it that she wants him to be able to reply and thus tags him in EVERYTHING but why even find elaborate ways to work it in anymore? She could just tweet normally and simply open with "@TheSpoonyOne" in the first line at this point.

Afaik her twitter account is locked or something, and the only people allowed to reply to her are those she @s in her tweets. Then again she would probably do this anyways in hopes of getting noticed by senpai.
She's pretty much shouting into the void even moreso than the average twitter user.

She's a crazy stalker. It's not that complex. She has her tweets closed so you can't reply to them unless she @s you. Since she's a stalker, she wants Spoony to be able to respond to all her tweets, so she tags him in all of them.
