This is all hypotheticals, since no one in their right mind would ever try to rip off Dr. Insano. But the specific costume and the specific name is enough. If I had the exact same character, design, and voice, but called it "Dr. Fantastically", that would be distinct enough Spoony couldn't sue.

I am a little surprised he didn't block her for that thread. She isn't saying she was wrong and begging forgiveness for speaking out of turn. She is stating that it is her own maturity allowing her to forgive him and Spoony is lucky that he did not receive her full wrath. That is not showing proper reverence to the 2009 Mashable Award winner.

He's high on whatever pills he's prescribed and drunk on booze. Which makes his high and mighty attitude towards magic mushrooms, which have shown some benefit and are likely way less harsh than his prescribed medication. A bunch of states have legalized them too.

I think she might've used this tweet as yet another excuse to "prove" how much of a good person she has become ("I used to be a horrible alcoholic, but then I changed. For Spoony.").
Unfortunately, her lack of any kind of social skills made this come across as a thinly-veiled threat of sorts ("I could destroy you if I wanted, but I'm too good of a person to do that. Pray I won't change my mind if you continue to refuse having sex with me.").
