So... I'm assuming that the Hog's regular routine is to binge-watch nigflix's Stranger Things and obsessively rerun Spoony videos? She's so quick to shit on her roommate, but does she ever stop to think how her roommate might feel about her? This bizarre gremlin with a shrine to a long-forgotten internet nobody, who faps to his picture 40 times a day and can't stop talking about him? There's a reason her mom demanded she give up Spoony to move back in. Her mom knows. I'm sure her mom, whatever her problems, cares about the hog and wants to wrangle her back home. I'm sure the hog has shown her mom the depth of her obsession and it was deeply disturbing.

I understand that sometimes people with REAL chronic health problems can end up with very small, limited lives. People who spend a lot of time in the hospital, are always sick, can never go out or do things with their friends etc. Maybe it's natural to latch onto some bizarre diversion, like an alcoholic manchild who screams about Highlander 2. But it's FAKE. It's not real! It's an illusion. The internet is very good at creating an illusion of friendship. A lot of streamers and youtubers are running friendship simulators to make money.

So, I understand those things. I understand how a person with real health problems might wind up obsessing over a fake internet friend.

But... I don't understand how SHE can obsess over SPOONY. Spoony isn't a nice person. He's not a friendship sim kind of channel. He's never done or said anything nice to anyone. He's pure asshole, all the time, and a user as well. He shit on April after she gave him some of her best years and never said a mean thing about him publicly. Even after the breakup, she never aired their laundry. He did. He went out of his way to shit all over her and blame her for everything wrong in his life, including shit that had been happening for the last six years. Spoony also fails in the friendship sim in another way: he doesn't make videos. Since he doesn't make videos, there's nothing new to watch. The videos she's obsessing over are from the long past and about a person who no longer exists. Even if Spoony ever could get his life together (he won't because he won't admit fault,) he wouldn't be that spoony that she idolizes. He'd be some other guy. He'd have to reinvent himself completely. And he probably would have to leave video-making behind altogether.

She also gives me major munchausen syndrome vibes. I'm highly skeptical of all her health claims, just as I am with Spoony. Like Spoony, she never seems to go to her doctor, take regular medication, engage in physical therapy or any of the other things I would expect. Her health problems are supposedly soooo bad and she's starving allllll the time, yet she won't give up spoony to move back home, where she could get all the food she needs and a support system for health care.

This is a long tl;dr to say I could empathize with somebody LIKE her... But not her. She humblebrags way too much, complains about everyone in her life all the time and won't do anything for her self. All while proudly declaring she's being #inspirational.

As he got more and more pathetic, his main supporter autists did as well. So far, so plausible.
But in reality, the hog has been stalking him for ages. There's something very odd about this. She followed him from the shadows all this time and only recently went super psychotic.
I think that she thinks he's just about at the point where she has an actual chance to "get" him.

What I'm saying is that him finding April likely broke her heart. I hope some bitch with a helper syndrome snatches him, because I want to see how the hog reacts. I suspect it'll be a violent reaction.

A very simple step forward for her would be to move in with her mother, which would solve her food and roommate problems. Then she could address her health issues. I don't know what her relationship with her mother is, but presumably she could get some rides to doctor's appointments or whatever the fuck.
