Movie Thread
Re: Movie Thread
Mia Khalifa is my bae.
We missed the 50th anniversary of Apollo 13 because of the Democrat shutdown:
I wouldn't call it underrated because it made a lot of money and is well known, but man those mission control scenes just ooze class.

Re: Movie Thread
I don't know what the hell to think about this.
Much like Scoob I wasn't hyped up for it.
I love both franchises along with Looney Tunes but the fact that they've all been played out and had a shit ton of direct to DVD movies that aired on CN along with the later crossover rape didn't help.
I feel like it's going to be a mix between Space Jam/Back in Action and that Woody Woodpecker movie. The former stays true to the the source material while the latter's live-action scenes are pretty cringeworthy.
I saw that third Spongebob Movie as well. None of them can top the first movie in tone since they play it safe later on. And it was such a goddamn Conjob Cashgrab.
Even with the knowledge that they were going to shoehorn that shitty Kamp Karol Kartoon pilot and they reused the plot from an episode that aired like 16 years ago instead of scrapping their tone deaf but original Space Cat plot I gave it a chance.
But like what anyone else said about it, the character designs and animation are really the only good parts.
It's the Trolls movie of the franchise. Visuals with a lack of substance and even when it tried it failed.
Seriously this is fucking beautiful. Even if you don't give a shit about the show you should give this scene a watch.

When the fuck did Rushy become baysed?
Tom & Jerry bothers me because I hate the current generation and don't feel like they deserve to enjoy the previous generations' hard work. Plus it's going to suck and be woke or something.

But how else will the current generation experience quality?
Autism attracts more autism. Sooner or later, an internet nobody will attract the exact kind of fans - and detractors - he deserves.

Do parents just not share their childhood? I watched Tom & Jerry as a kid purely because my family had a VHS of it lying around

Re: Movie Thread
Never liked it because I'm crazy about cats, while mice are actually scary in my books.
On another note though, didn't Tom and Jerry already have a super awful movie?
What's the chances they can get it right in current year..
