Wasn't the next movie after that Highlander: The Source? IIRC, it came out in Russia first and then eventually to some cable channel like the Sci-Fi Channel. I never saw the whole thing but all I remember from the previews was that it had people fighting in fast forward and looked like a Benny Hill skit.
