Movie Thread
Re: Movie Thread
They probably mean the wonky Erik Serra score and his terrible song at the end. Goldeneye doesn't really make much sense, either. It's 006 lusting after Bond from the shadows?
New Bond trailer tomorrow. Expect negro hijinks!

Re: Movie Thread
Forgot about this movie. This one was good too. So was From Russia with Love.
My father always liked Roger Moore because he felt a spy shouldn't be as flashy as Connery, Dalton and Brosnan were.
Re: Movie Thread
So they're the same movie because of a couple of superficial references in a film filled with superficial references to previous Bond filmsCar Insurance wrote: ↑Thu Sep 03, 2020 2:10 amIt's the same damn movie, cocklord. Bond gets a shoulder injury at the beginning that takes him out of active duty then is completely forgotten after the first act, MI6 gets blown up by a villain from M's past who wants to kill her, a hot French girl is involved.... Pervert & Wade "wrote" both movies.
Might as well argue that Beowulf and The Terminator are the same

You ever ask your dad why he thought Timothy Dalton was flashy but Roger Moore wasn't?rabidtictac wrote: ↑Thu Sep 03, 2020 3:11 amMy father always liked Roger Moore because he felt a spy shouldn't be as flashy as Connery, Dalton and Brosnan were.

Re: Movie Thread
You should try watching John Le Carre movies where everything's America's fault and nothing ever gets resolved.
Re: Movie Thread
This was the last trailer. A new one drops today. Even though the director said there weren't going to be reshoots they did reshoot part of the movie to alter the bad guy's plot to release a virus that would kill the planet or something because it reminded everyone of what Hollywood's Chinese overlord did. The unbearable blackness and pro-woman shit is, thankfully, still there!
