Scurvy is a real possibility for Noah.

I'm very doubtful. Vitamin D deficiency, yeah. He spends most of his time in his basement, away from direct sunlight, and probably thinks he's too 'grown-up' to drink milk. But scurvy? No one, outside of starving African children, still gets scurvy.

Alcoholics are also known to get scurvy. With spoony all alone with no adults to make him eat anything other than instant noodles he could theoretically scurvy himself to death.
