That’s a good thing. He’s really fat and needs to quit eating so much. That said, I’m also guessing that he’s just drinking a lot of alcohol and Mountain Dew instead. He has a very high carb diet that is lacking in everything else so he's fat but malnourished. Low protein, low vitamins, and low minerals. If he keeps this up he might end up with scurvy. His victim complex is so great he can't make a connection between his situation and his actions, likely blaming April or the universe that hates him. His learned helplessness prevents him from even doing something as simple as going to a food bank.

I checked and Dew has zero Vit. C. There are sugary drinks and juices that have Vit C. but I'm not sure if he drinks them. Pretty much any fruit or veg has at least some but we know he doesn't eat any. Scurvy is a real possibility for Noah. He needs to move back with Miles very fast before he dies of his own retardation.

I'm very doubtful. Vitamin D deficiency, yeah. He spends most of his time in his basement, away from direct sunlight, and probably thinks he's too 'grown-up' to drink milk. But scurvy? No one, outside of starving African children, still gets scurvy.

Trust me Spoony will find a way. Instant ramen is lacking major nutrients, and is mostly just wheat and vegetable oils and a few other things. He appears to have zero sources of Vitamin C in his diet. We already know he's severely D deficient and that's likely just the start of his malnutrition. The real question is whether he's given himself long term brain damage with b12 deficiency.

If this retard somehow manages to get scurvy than let him, he’s a piece of shit that I believe really could get a disease rarer in the US than fucking polio, he pretty much has to be consuming literally nothing but alcohol and soda for months to pull that off. If he does than he deserves to die from it and we can finally consider the experiment over.
