I find it rather tolerable in FE: French Waifu Edition because the maps don't really go apeshit with elevations, and even if there are elevations they're usually found towards the upper corner.

And did I mention that SD Gundam Cross Rays has long since dropped some sweet Mobile Fighter G DLC? Best waifu mecha Noble Gundam. Best mecha Fucking Shadow Gundam. Best kraut and ninja Schwarz Mutterficker Bruder.
Also some free update added an extra extra hard mode plus a greatly increased level cap. No I can take one of those Seed-Zakus and grind it up to level Nein Nein Nein.

Tried out shining force 1 and 2. Shining Force 1 is pretty primitive even compared to old-as-fuck fire emblem. Shining Force is more like it, although the centaur dude you start with seems super OP.

You get a fuck ton of them in that game, it's like a furry paradise for some reason. Stats are also random so theres that bit of autism in save stating to get good rolls.
