I've found myself sucked in to a few recent Ancient Aliens marathons.

I mostly avoided it because I felt that it didn't belong on the History Channel. But now I've had to accept that every cable channel is 90% cheap trash that fit the channel's theme and branding.

The conclusions the show always makes ("Aliens did everything!") are dumb, but if you ignore that it's kind of entertaining.
