The cop is putting most of his bodyweight on the side of the neck for several minutes. That can cause a great deal of damage, most MMA fights done take that long, let a lone a single hold. I am interested in seeing the official COD and those missing minutes between him being calmly marched across the streets in handcuffs and him being on the ground with 3 guys sitting on him.
But that the 4 officers were fired within hours is not exactly a sign of confidence...
