Just go to your dentist. If you're in heavy pain they will usually fix your shit up even without an appointment. You may have to wait a bit but what better things do you have to do anyway?
But hey, go and wait a little longer. Last year I had an infected nerve, despite going to the dentist ASAP. Had to take antibiotics and pain killers for two weeks because the infection prevented the sedation from working. That was tons of fun, tell you what.

Nah, he's suffering but it's all self-inflicted. Meanwhile he eats nothing but ramen and soda, doesn't brush or bath, so of course he has ailments. Rotting teeth, malnutrition, etc. All his own damn fault of course, but he sees it as more proof of an unjust world.
