Either she is indeed in Japan, but confined in a shitty house in an isolated small town with nothing to see or brag about, and she can't afford the money and time to visit a tourist location, or more likely she pocketed the few cuck donations she got and now she's lying to save face.

She will start posting selfies in Japan, or make up a sob story like "i'm back because such and such" and start posting selfies in America.

The way I see it there are only two possibilities:
1. She is in Japan.
She didn't immigrate, though. She's basically a tourist, hoping to find some cuck for a greencard. Didn't take up a paid job and instead chose an internship? More like isn't allowed to work because she's a tourist. Transferred all money? Sure, because a long time stay requires you to put enough money into an account to pay for healthcare and eventual deportation.
She will get kicked out eventually. Maybe she makes some money illegally as a whore. Wouldn't be too far of a jump from what she did before and the thirst for ramen noodle dick is strong. Maybe she hopes to get knocked up. If all that fails, she will get deported and will say that it just didn't work out for her.

2. She isn't in Japan.
Equally as likely. Maybe even more so. She'll likely give the same bullshit excuse about how it didn't work out and stop the lying.

She is uniquely undesirable by East-Asian, and particularly Japanese, standards.
First off, they strongly dislike and find Blacks unattractive, unless they're swimsuit models, or the like.
Second, she's obese, which is a huge no-no in East-Asia/Japan. Unlike the Chinese, people in Japan or Korea will be polite about it and won't openly point and laugh, but they'll be thinking about doing it, rest assured.
Third, going against the nitwit weeb delusional conception of it, Japanese culture is in fact deeply chauvinistic, nationalistic, traditionalist, and conservative. A foreigner will have a hard time being fully embraced, and it will never happen to someone who doesn't speak the language, and whose perception of their culture comes from low-brow children's entertainment(which bears remarking, that saying you like Japanese culture because you like manga/anime, is the equivalent of saying you like Italian culture because you dress up like Super-Mario and introduce yourself as "It's a me!"). Also, you cannot legally become a Japanese citizen unless you are ethnically Japanese.
Fourth, she's what, forty years old now? It's expected for women to be married younger in Japan. They have a local expression, "Christmas cakes", meaning "after the 25th, they're no good anymore." Older women aren't just spinsters, they're seen as undesirable, because nobody wanted them, therefore there must be something wrong with them.
