Last year this guy quit his job as a school teacher to go full time on YouTube and to be able to travel the world. He thought he could go back to teaching and rent out his home to pay the mortgage as a backup plan. Now revenue is low, he can't go back to teaching because he is asthmatic (high risk group) and the agency he signed up for rent guarantee does not cover in case of pandemic.
