You can use Paypal, directly charging your bank account. I'm subbed to a single Paymetons for a dollar a month. I don't know if there's a specific amount at which you have to re-verify stuff but for a buck a month it just keeps charging every month.

Its up in the air, with the exception of some section 8 housing where evictions and rent are halted what Trump and a lot of Governors have done amounts to just asking the landlords nicely to not evict people during a pandemic and many have just ignored them and filed evictions anyway, so I don't think anybody knows yet - it really depends on what his realtor wants to do.
