After all, we have the "vote," but the "vote" is worthless if you're never given good voting options. The owners of this country will simply quash any attempt to vote on issues that matter. Which is exactly what would have happened in the last election if not for the breakout success of Trump. It would have been Hillary vs Some Fucking Cuck in a battle to see which party can open the borders and embrace corporate dick fast enough.

But he did happen, he has four more years and many other candidates like him are winning in other countries like in Brazil and Austria. If this virus didn't fuck the economy this hard I could see them simply moving manufacturing to Vietnam and other countries instead of China (which was starting to happen anyway) but with a huge spike in unemployment about to happen the push to bring manufacturing back here to fix that will be hard to ignore. Yes corporations will try their best to stop them but the SJW shit they did last time to distract Occupy won't work. And it will be right leaning people protesting this rather than useless leftists whining about free shit.

The big issue economically though is that many companies will push automation way fucking harder now to save on wages. They'll fire people with the economy being the excuse when in reality many could have afforded them but they want a higher profit margin (think Bezos) but this issue may be ignored as everyone focuses on China. If they are smart they may pull out of China and bring back manufacturing to their home country but with a lot of it automated compared to China so they'll hire fuck all but looking like they did enough will win people over.
