Nothing he's ever done was original. Everything is a rip off of something (as is everything since the beginning of time when you get down to it but...) and he's never been able to put any kind of spin on it, unless you count getting a bunch of other equally disturbed and mentally ill people together in one place and tricking autists into thinking it's original a "spin".

Nostalgia Critic is an MST3K rip-off (just like all the other Nobodies)

Demo Real was a rip off of SNL/Mad TV/Who's Line (Any skit show really)

Sibling Rivalry is a rip off of Ebert and Roeper

He's done shitty game shows.

He's done shitty capeshit style cross overs with other Nobodies and tried to "universe build" like Marvel and DC


In Doge's case, all he's ever had going for him was someone else's material and his shrill voice. He is nothing, despite trying to trick everyone into believing other wise.

Demo Reel was, in fact, The Office meets Drew Carey's Green Screen Show. That's seriously all it fucking was. Only reason it parodied movies was because movies and television parody is basically the only thing he is remotely capable of doing.

The funny thing is, the movie endorsed everyone making their own movie parodies as an online contest. People did for a while, some good stuff came out of it.



Most of the entries are stupidly low quality, low effort, low cost productions and they're all better than anything from TGWTG could pull off.
