Still Alive was a meme for a year or so but it wasn't relentlessly spammed so most people have forgotten it. The cake is a lie was relentlessly spammed for years so everyone remembers it even though it stopped being funny after a week.

He's like DSP with his eight-year legacy, except with his childhood legacy of being a total victim who never did nuffin wrong and is inspirational to all. He totally wouldn't emotionally manipulate or abuse people, guize! It's just because mommy was mean AND NOTHING ELSE that he's 500 pounds.

I can't weight (kek) for when Boogie comes back from the hospital and looks barely different. He probably will lose weight in the hospital because they'll have him on monitored diet and he'll be recovering from the surgery and not hungry. But both of those things go away. He never learned how to control his own food intake as an adult and he's going to have to be open to instruction if he wants to lose weight and keep it off. He hasn't changed in the past, so I doubt he will listen to the hospital staff now.
