For one, they're all white people. Remember when Quentin was whining on twitter when he realized that Jim Davis never drew any black people in his Garfield comic strips? He was just projecting about how there are no black people in his own life.
(I'm not sure if the no black people in Garfield thing is even true. I know it isn't true for the various TV cartoons from the 80s and 90s, though.)
