That's really not uncommon. The carpet transition tells me it's an open concept deal, so an offshoot of the living room.

That's not defending the guy, that's just a meh. Though the old joke with Miles was that he made Noah put his work PC in a common space to make sure he actually worked. That said, doesn't he stream from a closed-in room? Might explain a few things.

What I'd love to see is Spoony ending it on a livestream, where he just takes the pills and liquor and slowly slumps down lifeless over his desk and keyboard face first. The chat would eventually panic and try to find his house address to dial 9-1-1, while Cuckson would just be telling everyone to be quiet and refrain from doxxing Boss while he gets his rest.

Of course the house is tidy. rApril kept it up and besided her there was nobody actually using all that space in any way.
The basement is another story. I bet rApril got into making extra potent bull-sweat-scented candles to overpower the stench rising up from there.
