It's probably "clean" because Spoony doesn't live in the house. He lives in the fucking basement with Oreo. All the piss, shit and liquor stains are down there. The upstairs probably looks nice since April used to live there and she only recently moved her shit out. I suspect the upstairs looks like a retail home on the market. For all we know, Spoony has a fridge downstairs and a liquor cabinet next to his bed and that's all he needs. Even a toilet is an unnecessary extravagance when he can piss and shit in a corner like always.
