We've already outlined his viable options. There's no version of reality where he keeps his house and everything stays great for him. The bitch already left. That's the first warning sign. But even with ~$65k he won't be able to get a new mortgage or rent from anywhere legitimate because he doesn't have a job. He could rent in an unofficial "under the table" situation or he could buy a mobile home for straight cash and then exist off Patreon and real welfare. Outside of a last second family bailout that's probably his best case scenario.

However selling your house requires some degree of effort and I don't know if he has that in him. This also assumes the current house doesn't have any major issues.

-Probably the water filter/heater needs maintenance
-The siding on the house needs checked
-Gutters are probably full to the brim and ready to fall off the next time they retain water and freeze
-Oreo's poop likely covers the yard bringing all sorts of nasty bugs and bacteria
-The carpets could need replaced after so many improperly cleaned or ignored spills and Oreo's accidents
-The drains might all be clogged in the kitchen and bathrooms and the faucets and shower nozzle are caked with grime
-I'd wager that his fridge is disgusting
-Who knows if there is a hoarding situation going on over multiple rooms or the basement/garage


I could go on, but think of any typical home care you can, Spoony hasn't done any of it.
