It's simultaneously very easy and very hard to do. On one hand if you manage to straight up chug two bottles of vodka you'll pass out within the next ten to thirty minutes and without outside help will likely straight up die.
On the other hand, it's not easy to just down that much hard liquor in a short time and even less easy to keep it down.
It also ignores the reason why one would drink anyway, which is to be drunk and not to immediately pass out.

Legit drinking to death takes several years of heavy drinking. Even then, some manage to keep that up for over a decade.
