While 3) is certainly more likely than 2), I'm pretty sure it's too late for that. Not only is this a lot of money, but the "problem" in question is that Spoony lives way above his meager e-income. If his parents bail him out, they'll have to keep doing it about once per year or so.
It's way cheaper to just keep him in your own basement, feeding him with a bucket of cheap whiskey and fast food every now and then.

I think if we modify 3 to simply 'bail him out' it seems more likely. They could give him enough money to buy a cheap ass flat somewhere. Probably be a cheap ass studio apartment but it would be somewhere to live and then food and utilities are all his problem

As I said, if they were to just pay the house for him they would've helped out sooner. Also, they aren't loaded and are likely sick and tired of his shit. Reality is, and I'm sure they know that as well, that he needs to fail. That house needs to be lost. Even now he doesn't seem to quite get that his days of drifting by with inaction are over.
They will likely help him out when he wants to get his shit in order. But for now, his ass has to hit the pavement to snap out of his trance.

I don't think his family will bail him out of this, they can't be that stupid. It would be like solving the world's hunger problem for a day, it achieves nothing and all that money would be just wasted. Buying that big-ass house was a stupid idea from the beginning, for what did they needed all that space? Both Spoony and Orc lived mainly in the web world, they didn't DO anything irl. Huge property taxes and energy cost due keeping the thing heated during cold, what a waste of money.

Reminder that "and still, Spoony did nothing" applies here. He hasn't done shit, I bet. He's probably just sitting in his basement in a puddle of piss and leftover booze, pills scattered around on his floor, drifting in and out of a drunk catnap while occasionally muttering to himself "oh yeah, gotta find a new place to live. Eviction isn't too far away." Then he goes back to sleep and pisses himself a little more. Oreo barks and barks to be let out, but her pleas fall on deaf ears.

Unlike YMS and chugga, Spoony has never talked about his parents or made them part of his shitty content. I think that's because they don't really approve and they're not close to him. He stayed with Miles when he could have been staying with them, but wasn't. They might cut him a check once in a while, but I doubt he can go home again. I agree that Miles is the only person who might be willing to take in drunk failure Spoony. He probably won't LIKE it or want to do it, but he'll bite the bullet and do the unpleasant-yet-necessary thing, just as he's done so many other times. He didn't want to kill all those taco gangsters, but someone had to do it and he had the resolve.

I only hope some tism baron films Spoony getting evicted.

Maybe that was true like 5 years ago, but what about now? For all we know Miles hasn't talked to him in years and no longer has the time or patience to deal with his black sheep older brother. I for one would understand if Miles decided to put Noah into a homeless shelter and let social services handle his case. Miles is a hero cop, he killed a drug dealing spic, saved the lives of his fellow officers, and still reviewed some movies with his brother like the very next day, but even he has his limits, and I can imagine living with Noah is crossing that limit.
