Edited the OP on the tentative evidence so far that suggests she's not with Spoony any more:

-Spoony thirstfagging on some 3/10 who looks way worse than April
-Spoony crying about living alone in a big empty house
-Spoony's facefuck account seems to have been changed to show he's single
-Nothing to contradict this on April's side (her twatter has been dark except for shilling her etsy junk)

The last part isn't really evidence for anything. Afaik, April has neither confirmed nor denied anything regarding Spoony's tweets, let alone acknowledge their existences, the possible exception being that one time they had a hilarious twitter argument about kitchen buritos or something.
When it comes to social media presence, these two could scarcely live in more different worlds.
