Yeah I'm calling bullshit as well. It would've been nothing but weeks of "omg moving to japan!" and dozens upon dozens of tweets on the day of travel.
To further cement that it's bullshit:

So you're telling me that she's been in Las Vegas five days ago but has moved to Japan somewhen between October 21th (when she begged for money for her then only planned move) and now? And hasn't said anything about it?
Additionally, a quick look into the legal shit of moving to Japan makes it very clear that there's no way that she could've moved there.

1. Generally, 90 days is the longest you can stay there just for shit and giggles. You may not work or engage in any paid activities. Some nationals, German for example, may extend that for another 90 days for a small fee. US nationals can't do that. In all cases, you must provide either a ticket for departure or have at least enough money to buy one.
In all cases, you must have either special health insurance or pay into the Japanese health insurance system for the duration of your stay.

2. Citizens of 68 states may stay for up to a year if they have, at the very least, 30 million yen on their bank account. That's well over 25k bucks. No way in hell she's got that banked.

3. To be able to work there at all you need to have an employment and a recommendation from your employer. Without, no way of moving there at all. She's too old to apply for any kind of student visa or whatever.

There is absolutely no fucking way she went through any of the trouble, whether as a tourist nor to stay there, in that short amount of time without saying anything about it, additional begging and including a casual flight to Vegas to see some Japanese EDM "artist". Total, blatant lie. The cunt is clearly an extreme weeaboo of the very worst variety but has never set foot in the land of the rising sun.

Free healthcare? I beg your absolute fucking pardon? Germany and free healthcare? There is no such thing! You're just absolutely required to have a health insurance and half of your entire social security, including that health insurance, is paid by your employer, the other half by you. If you're self-employed, you pay all of that yourself. You can forego social security (terrible idea) but you can't, under any circumstance whatsoever, not have a health insurance.
You're either insured via your parents (up to the age of 21, longer if you're retarded or something), your husband/wife, forced to be if you're employed or make money in any way or you live on welfare. But there is no such thing as a free kind of health insurance for anyone that is capable of and is making money. None.

Like Kugel said, in the Netherlands basic healthcare insurance is requires by law. Once you hit 18 here, you're paying around 80 to 120 bucks at the least each month. Additional insurance (which in a lot of cases you want to have) will make it even more expensive.
